Sports minister, Karnali chief minister discuss preparations for 10th National Games

Education and Sports Minister Sashmita Pokharel held discussions with Karnali Province Chief Minister Mangal Bahadur Shahi aimed at making preparations for the 10th National Games Competition faster and more organized. Karnali's Minister for Social Development also took part in the discussion.

The 10th National Games Competition is set to be held in Surkhet, Karnali Province, from Mangsir 16 to 26. The ministry said the discussion focused on the construction of sports infrastructure, management and other necessary preparations in Karnali Province, which is hosting the event.

With about a month remaining before the competition begins, the discussion was held between responsible federal and provincial officials to speed up preparatory work.
